Another great thing is that a lot of times you can get an oil change appointment on a short notice! I stumbled upon Dell's while searching for a place to get a DSG oil flush for my Golf R, and I was pleasantly surprised by their prices, which were half of what the VW/Audi dealer quoted me. I've never had any issues like oil spills, broken clips, scratches, or any things of that nature. Their technicians pay attention to detail. One thing I really appreciate is that after each service, they provide a summary with photos and videos of any additional work that might be needed, such as a video that shows play in your control arm. I've been bringing my Golf R, Jetta JLI, and R56 Cooper S here for maintenance since 2020. Their service advisors are on the next level! I've never got such a great service at any dealership.
